Great art repeats the passage over the gap between nothingness and being, over time before becoming. Why it can take thought through and beyond, to fold back over itself and allow the critical question:

What am I being?

All aesthetic experience is existential, and time is its vehicle and its augury. However, the aesthetic experience also opens a rift to a special freedom: through which being can contemplate its fulguration astrain by time, but not yielding.

Achronima wishes to share this experience of escaping Chronos. The objects we choose can be from any period or technique, from Prehistory to contemporary, but they all have this rift.
